I have
been actively involved in participatory natural resource
management since 1988. During this time, I have gained
command over academic concepts and principles as well
as managerial tools and techniques for participatory
ecosystem management.
Moreover, my involvement in
various organizations has provided me with anopportunity
to be a ‘green’ manager, with a great
ability to analyzeand think critically, creativity
to adapt to the fast and ever-changing environment,
and ability to act effectively and efficiently. Further,
my direct involvement in critical thinking, research
and development works as a leader of the multidisciplinary
team in multicultural environments (both within Nepal
and internationally) boosted my career with high degree
of morale, commitment and responsibility. At this
stage of career, I am focusing myself on consolidating
the scientific and philosophical knowledge on, and
facilitating the dynamic relationship of, environmental
resources and the associated social system from the
civil perspectives.
