ForestAction
Group is the parent organization that organizes and
directs the activities of both ForestAction Nepal and
Environmental Resources International. For more information
on the latter organization, please review its brochure.
The operations of ForestAction
Nepal guided by the expertise of its Board of Directors.
This five-member group was elected in ForestAction’s
annual General Assembly on April 22, 2005. These elections
are held on an annual basis and nominations are open
to professionals within the natural resource management
development and research communities. The Board itself
will nominate two additional members at a later date.

| Overall Coordination |
| ForestAction Nepal has nominated Mani
Ram Banjade as overall coordinator who is
responsible for networking and building linkages within
and outside Nepal. In addition, the coordinator is also
the theme coordinator of Finance and Administration theme
of ForestAction. |

| Thematic Coordination |
 |
Within and in addition
to this departmental structure, ForestAction has identified
five themes on which its activities will be focused.
One individual has been assigned the role and responsibilities
of Theme Coordinator for each. These persons will be
responsible for all of the work relating to their given
thematic areas. The themes and their coordinators are
