ForestAction has organized a one day interaction workshop on Natural Resource Rights and Equity Issues in New Constitution Making Process: Progress and Challenges in Kathmandu. The objectives of the workshop was to share the process of how and to what extent NR rights are articulated; and to review the progress on incorporation of natural resources rights, equity, and justice related provisions in constitution drafting in the NR-CA's thematic concept paper. In this program, there were two presentations - one was about the review of overall constitution making process in Nepal (By Mr. Jailab Kr. Rai) and next was the NR-CA Committee's thematic contents and its process of discussion (by Dr. Netra Timsina).
